By browsing, creating an account or placing an order on the Quickly store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the store. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated version.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent's or guardian's consent if younger. By ordering you confirm that the phone number and delivery details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to receive the order.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order becomes confirmed after your phone is verified with the one-time code and we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, delivery isn't possible, or the order appears fraudulent.
• Cash on delivery is the payment method; please keep exact or near-exact change ready when the rider arrives.
• If an item's live price differs from the amount you saw, we'll confirm with you on WhatsApp before charging anything.

We verify orders with a one-time password sent to your phone. This confirms the order is yours and lets us send reliable status updates. Never share your OTP with anyone; our team will never ask for it.

Delivery areas, timing promises, costs and cut-offs are described in our Shipping Policy. Eligibility for returns, replacement and refunds is described in our Returns & Refunds policy, which is part of these terms.

We take care to describe products accurately and keep stock levels honest. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photos. If an item you receive doesn't match its description, tell us within 24 hours and we'll replace or refund it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickly's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control such as local weather, road conditions or public holidays.

The name “Quickly”, our branding, images and site content are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nanded, Maharashtra, India.
